Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search tool is transmitted to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Treutlen County Criminal History does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission may be retained long enough to review and answer it. The message is not disclosed outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
No database of personal criminal records is kept, compiled, or sold here. The site describes how Treutlen County records may be requested from the sheriff, the appropriate court, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Georgia Crime Information Center, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
